the room itself is fine
it is not an hotel, it is like renting an apartment. So there is no service at all. Acceptable till the price is really lower then any 3 stars hotel

Booked these apartments to stay while looking for more permanent accom in Alcala, staff could not have been more helpful, they provided maps and good local advice to help us orientate. They even provided us with extra room space at no added cost and were flexible enough to allow us to stay an extra night at very short notice. It was great to have kitchen facilities and the rooms were spotless. All in all, would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone wanting more than a hotel can offer at great prices.

Commodious Apartements. Cleanliness.
Clairaudient Architecture. Reception not occupied constantly. No possibilty to get breakfast inhouse, although it was offered in the announcement at bocking.com. Payment had to be made at a very early stage of the stay.

The apartmet was well equipped, well presented and very well placed for visiting the old town of Alcala de henares. Good value for money.
The pillow was "continental" i.e. one long pillow for 2 people to share. As the bed is the only place you can sit to watch the TV it would be better to have 4 single pillows to support your back. The parking was very expensive at 6.50 a day compared to other local hotels ( 3- 4 euros)

Great place, absolutely no complaints. We went as a group of 10 and rented 3 triple rooms. Two were 1 bedroom apartments and the third was a studio. All were spacious, well equipped with pots, pans, glasses, etc. The apartments had tiny balconies as well. The furniture seemed new and the overall design was great. The location was really good, only a 5 minute walk into the historic center. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Apartahotel Alcala Centro. It is very convenient. The facilities are excellent. Having secure parking when travelling is a must for me with a care fully loaded. The price is good.

Very clean, good facilities.
Reception does not open until 9am - so if leaving early very frustrating, remember to settle your bill the previous evening.

A great option if you are visiting for several days and wish to prepare some of your own meals. It is just a couple of streets from the old city centre, so really convenient. Great location and great service. Would definitely stay there again.
The reception office is closed from 2 to 4 in the afternoon, though there is generally someone around to attend to travellers arring between those times. In any case, booking sites should be a little clearer about this detail. All in all, though, the service was excellent and the staff thoroughly pleasant.

Hotel was centrally located. You could walk to the Old City within 5-10 minutes. It was nice to have a small kitchen to have breakfast before leaving for the day. The room was clean and well equipped.
